the staff let us store our luggage after check-out on departure day. everything in the accommodation was perfectly clean. the location is amazing as it is close to the train station and the city center. the breakfast was simple but tasty

I found the location near the bus station convenient, and nearby restaurants offered reasonable prices. The walk to main attractions was manageable. The room had furniture with authentic style and a steady hot water supply. Leaving luggage at reception after check-out was helpful, i really appreciated it.
The breakfast room was very small, it sometimes felt a bit crowded.

the location was excellent and an easy walk from the bus station (about 15 minutes). my room faced the verandah with a canal view. the room was clean and quiet. breakfast was also nice.
the shower enclosure was a bit narrow, which might be an issue if you are tall.

i booked a room with a private bathroom and it was perfect. breakfast included fresh items like croissants, bread, cheese, eggs, coffee and juice. all the staff were very approachable and pleasant. the location is ideal. it is only minutes from campo santa margherita.

The hotel is near piazza de roma where the airport arrival and departure point is located. boats for excursions depart from there. it is easy to walk along the canal grande from this hotel. It is definitely a great location.
